Abstract

The issue of the doctor's civil responsibility is one of the topics that have been controversial in the past and present, because the medical profession has received a wide spread, especially in recent times due to the development of life and the complexity of diseases prevalent in society, the large number of doctors and hospitals, and making mistakes, as a result of human nature, and the deliberate negligence that we see in hospitals by doctors, in addition to the different nature of people in terms of attention and caution, in order to preserve the interests of the affected (patient).  Scientific and technological progress in the medical field, and the consequent risks if not used well or neglected.
