Setting the company's strategy, defining the company's objectives, and how to achieve them, this contributes to the application of corporate governance rules, in improving the ways of managing companies, and motivating managers and employees to perform their work efficiently and effectively. The criminal organizer has paid special attention to commercial work more than that given to civil work, and this care is represented in the existence of multiple forms of criminalization in the field of commercial work that are unparalleled when it comes to civil conduct, and the reason for this is that the regulator estimated that it is related to the trust attached to the business and not only to special interests that are the interests of creditors. The purpose of the system was to stipulate corporate crimes related to governance or good management of the company to protect the company from actions other than the currency of rights for legal and economic research at the Faculty of Legitimate Law that affects it by assault or exposes it to danger, and the criminal regulator does not enter arbitrarily, but rather aims to protect certain rights or interests that it deems to be prejudiced or endangered worthy of criminalization, which requires standing on the objectives of the criminal system of companies and the interest protected in these crimes and their statutory structure and that All by protecting public trust.
