The world has witnessed in recent years, starting in (2001) many surgeries that had an impact on the global level and scientific research, through surgeries carried out by surgical medical robots, the intervention of medical robots in surgeries has remained between supporters and opponents because these operations are complex and as the nature of the human soul everything that is new is unfamiliar until the fruit of success exudes and here is accepted by humans, so medical robots were looking at us timidly for fear of absolute rejection But in light of the development and progress of scientific research, many remote surgeries have succeeded and international companies have begun to manufacture medical robots based on the desire of many hospitals at the global level, the world has witnessed a historical leap that was not taken into account, which is the spread of the emerging Corona virus (Covid -19) Here, medical robots intervened in all medical aspects in providing medical and therapeutic care to patients, as well as helping doctors to prevent and reduce the spread of the mare through sterilization and medical assistance to patients, so the doctor contacted the patient via the Internet to provide medical consultations and urgent medical services, especially after countries imposed quarantine to preserve their nationals, and among what robots intervened in were surgeries that are performed remotely, and the result of this development and progress was the emergence of some engineering defects And medical that resulted in errors that resulted in harm to patients, and what we refer to through our research is the medical error during remote surgeries, and whether the error is related to the responsibility of the doctor who is with the patient or the surgeon performing the surgery remotely and in another country, and the law applicable to the actions and errors of medical robots and whether medical robots can have an independent legal personality, and thus remote surgeries have multiple elements because of the legal relationship that falls under them relating to a foreign element, the place of its convening or the place of its execution, In private international law, it is difficult to establish a rule of attribution for each stand-alone legal relationship, and this leads us to the problem of research.
