Abstract

Human dignity extends beyond life in the form of respect for the body of the deceased, as the Almighty has surrounded it with special protection, and prevented infringement in any way. God Almighty has guaranteed the right to the sanctity of meth in the Holy Qur'an by honoring man and honoring him with religion, and preferring him over other creatures, believing in his saying: "We have honored the children of Adam..." This honor was not limited to the duration of a person's life, but went beyond it to his death, Islam is keen to respect and honor the human being alive and dead, from that it approved for the dead some of what he prescribed for the living, so he took care of their jacket, where it came from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Do not show your thigh to people and do not warn to the thigh of a living or dead", as he proceeded to visit them, as it was reported from him (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) that he said: "I forbade you to visit the graves, so visit them," he said, also referring to the feeling of the dead for those above them who are alive.
