Cybercrime in the contemporary time is the biggest challenge facing those engaged in legislation and law not only in Egypt, but in the whole world, as this crime is closely related to the tremendous scientific and technological development witnessed by computer science and computer in recent times. In addition, we find that the cybercriminal is radically different from the natural criminal in terms of intelligence and fraud capabilities that require or require parallel and similar capabilities of those in charge of legislating and developing laws and legislation to combat cybercrime and punish the perpetrator.
