Abstract

If liability is the legal system under which one person bears the burden of compensating for damage to another person, the most accurate problem that can arise in this area is to find the link between the responsible and the injured person, which is expressed in legal terminology as the basis of liability. It can also be said that the basis of liability is the reasons or considerations that induce the legislator to place the burden of compensation for damage on a particular person. Some also defined it as the reason for which the law places the burden of compensation for the damage caused to a particular person, and this means that the basis of responsibility is to answer the question of why responsibility is placed on a specific person. Invalidity of his activity (strict responsibility).
