Initially, there is no doubt that the ambiguity of crimes is daunting, which may be unable to detect or dispel ordinary means such as: reporting, transition, inspection and other procedures in reaching the truth; Reporting may sometimes be false, and moving to a search or arrest procedure may result in nothing. Viewing objects that lag behind a crime may be futile, especially if the crime's evidence is obliterated or distorted. Undoubtedly, all this is justified by the fact that there are ingenious means of detecting the crime. The theory of criminal research has given the courts the freedom to strive to create some means that contribute to uncovering the ambiguity of crimes. The Supreme Courts contributed to the building of judicial principles, for example: Invisibility and impersonation in criminal proceedings. Community cooperation in the fight against crime. Principle of adequacy of external appearance in crime control.
