Abstract

There are permanent changes and natural environmental variations that may pose a danger at the onset of natural disasters, and consequently, they affect the community economically, while the economic activity of the community also influences their occurrence. Through our study, we seek to explore the impact of such disasters on various developmental fields within the community, as the economy permeates all areas of society because it is a human activity aimed at achieving a specific material benefit. Therefore, different developmental sectors are affected by what happens in nature due to disasters, where the concept of economic development has evolved and now incorporates many areas of society. It has been used to denote 'the process of bringing about a set of radical changes across all fields of society, aimed at measuring the community's ability for continuous self-development, at a rate that ensures the increasing improvement of the quality of life,' meaning responding to basic and growing needs.
