The medical field, like other fields, has witnessed many developments over the ages, and there is no doubt that this field will continue to evolve constantly, especially since it relates to human health and the safety of the body. As a result, technology has been used and harnessed to develop the medical field and enhance its capabilities. The use of technology in medical work is one of the most significant developments in the current world, leading to many facilitations in this field, undoubtedly benefiting both doctors and patients. One aspect of this technology is the use of artificial intelligence systems in the medical field, which has resulted in a huge revolution in this area. Smart medical robots have emerged that can perform almost all medical tasks, whether technical or administrative. The medical robot is now capable of diagnosing diseases and determining the appropriate medication, in addition to conducting surgical operations, along with fulfilling administrative tasks within medical facilities. In light of everything that artificial intelligence systems generally do in terms of fundamental tasks of significant importance and seriousness, especially when we consider that these systems are not infallible and may commit errors that cause harm to others, many questions have been raised about the extent to which these systems can be held accountable for the errors they produce that harm others (the patient). In this research, we will attempt to shed light on the artificial intelligence systems used in the medical field.
