Abstract

The sustainable development of social rights is of great importance at the international level, and this importance has created a trend towards achieving this goal on the part of some members of the international community and not others. Therefore, the fundamental problem in this regard is whether the international community has achieved sustainable development for this group of people. Rights, or are the efforts of states and international organizations nothing more than a dead letter? This is what prompted us to shed light on the nature of sustainable development of social rights, and the role of states and international organizations in achieving this type of development. Within the framework of implementing the analytical approach, we have reached a number of results. The recommendations, the most important of which are that sustainable development has not been achieved with regard to some social rights, and this is what prompted us to propose the establishment of an international treaty in order to achieve sustainable development of social rights in developing countries.
