Abstract

Since the beginning of creation, humans have instinctively used their innate ability for human development, as they need to improve themselves and their skills to confront life and its changes in a way that suits their needs. Therefore, human development is as old as humanity itself, and training is necessary to educate the trainee about the extent and nature of the tasks assigned to them as an element of human development that aims to achieve specific growth, and this is done through knowledge and personal culture. Both training and human resource development converge in the development of individuals. Training focuses on enhancing the skills of workers, which is increasingly important in our contemporary world as it is one of the essential requirements for achieving a qualitative leap that enables business organizations to gain a competitive edge in a highly competitive global environment. This necessitates the need to recognize the importance of the training process among human resources at various organizational levels, making training and training management an integral part of leadership and management in all organizations, especially academic institutions.
