Arbitration has gained global acceptance as a means of resolving disputes. Many countries have enacted specific laws to regulate arbitration in order to keep pace with progress, and arbitration has achieved wide prevalence in our current era for the resolution of existing disputes. People now prefer to resort to arbitration for dispute resolution instead of going to court, due to the flexibility and speed that arbitration offers compared to the judiciary.Numerous specialized centers have been established to organize arbitration issues, especially concerning commercial disputes, including the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Center, the Dubai International Arbitration Center, the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Center, the Egyptian International Arbitration Center, and other various arbitration centers.
