Abstract

The study dealt with one of the important topics guaranteed by the constitution, law and legislation, whether national or international, in the human right to enjoy safety represented by not being assaulted or assaulting his life or his country, so the two laws were keen to protect this human right, and the study aimed to clarify what is related to the concept of aggression and what it contains meanings, in addition to clarifying the forms and images of this crime, with an indication of its elements and punishment, which are decided by the legislation, both at the international and national levels. The international and Emirati legislators have united in the legislative policy in criminalizing forms of aggression, and this shows the extent of the UAE's commitment to what is stipulated in international law. The international penalty for aggression is to reach, in some forms of the crime, the death penalty and not a long term imprisonment.
