Starting from the fact that the concept of exploiting natural resources goes beyond its basic economic purpose, becoming an expression of the extent of a state's sovereignty as a fundamental pillar of its existence in the modern sense, through its sovereignty over its natural resources, especially those related to oil. In other words, it is inconceivable for a state to be sovereign (legally and realistically) unless it exercises its absolute sovereignty over its natural resources. Moreover, the right to self-determination of peoples is an issue that arises from their right to exploit their natural resources. Since the dawn of his early life, human beings have been drawn to the presence of various types of metals found in nature, capable of meeting their diverse needs and requirements. These metals contributed to the building of his civilization and its growth and development, and many eras were associated with the names of certain categories of metals. The 'Stone Age' was named for the primitive ages that relied on some types of rocks and stones, which are sources for metal ores. Then came the Copper Age, which was considered more malleable for meeting those needs and for human beings to coexist in their environment, fields, and hunting methods.
