The knowledge economy has not received sufficient attention to study, analysis and foresight. If the economy is the science of scarcity or is the science that studies goods in the world of scarcity, the knowledge economy in its most prominent characteristics, especially in light of digital technology, one of its models is the economy of abundance, the principle of scarcity or the principle of no free food is based on materials or tangibles and what can be by virtue of them, where owning more of a commodity usually means owning less than another commodity for the same person or another person. With digital technology, the marginal cost of any subsequent version of the initial version is closer to zero, the principle of abundance is the most prominent form in the knowledge economy, this study came to address a major problem, which is that Arab economies face some intractable issues such as low growth rates, low economic diversification, high unemployment rates... etc., which require solutions represented in the knowledge economy to achieve sustainable development.
