Abstract

Real estate investment important attractive types wealth development, provides investors opportunities financial returns, obtaining continuous income rents, increasing value real estate, countries enact legislation that encourages attracting foreign investment, including the Egyptian legislator, Law 72 of 2017 and executive regulations . The risks foreign investors exposed, especially developing countries, difficulty investor obtaining support country lawsuit against host country harmed investment interests, specialized bodies settle investment disputes, manner agreed foreign investor. The Egyptian legislator established government committees, eliminate disputes infancy, exacerbate, settle the simplest ways, shortest possible time, resorting judiciary, accompanies  of prolonging time, and increasing expenses.
