Abstract

In the recent period, train accidents have been repeated in Egypt, where many lives have been killed and many others have been injured, so the liability arising from these accidents is one of the most important applications of civil liability in order to exacerbate the damages, which pushes the legislation to research the foundations and principles that control and clarify them. Today's liability system may be characterized by instability and a desire for reform, and the role that civil liability should play has become shrouded in ambiguity, and its foundation has not been spared from this, thus becoming an incompatible system and the requirements of the new reality that the affected victims are living in. Perhaps one of the latest incidents that has attracted the attention of the Egyptian public opinion in recent times is the incident of the "Ticket Martyr", as some have called it.
