The world is currently experiencing global transformations towards a significant evolution in all areas of contemporary life, and in light of the tremendous progress that the world is witnessing, along with a major information revolution, new forms and methods have emerged for interaction between individuals and legal entities through technological means. The scope of this development has expanded to encompass all aspects of contemporary life, thanks to the scientific and technological revolution in the field of communications and information, which has become the pinnacle of this stage of immense technological development. The twenty-first century represents a new phase in the development of sciences and this development is particularly characterized by a revolution in information and communication technology that has invaded most fields and swept through all sectors, especially the field of computer science with its various applications starting from computers, passing through information technology and software, and reaching networks which represent an extraordinary evolution in information transfer. The judiciary, like other fields, is also catching up with the acceleration of development methods in line with societal progress, and it is essential to keep pace with these developments, updates, and changes that the world is witnessing in order to engage positively with them and address its issues from the standpoint of preventing harm to society, which has become familiar with such serious issues. In the context of global transformations towards globalization and the integration of societies, and in light of the changes occurring in the world, what is known as remote criminal justice has emerged.
