Abstract

The works and activities of artificial intelligence have proliferated and diversified, becoming present in all aspects of life. Artificial intelligence can now perform tasks, actions, and various activities that humans do. Alongside these diverse activities, many issues and difficulties have arisen that require legal solutions, particularly in the field of contracts and legal actions and their various complexities, including the legal consequences that arise from them. Foremost among these is determining the legal basis upon which the validity and enforceability of these actions rely. Contracts and legal actions require intention and purpose, in addition to the will of those who entered into them and their capacity to do so. All these matters presume that the individuals who issued them possess legal personality.
