Human attempts to build mechanical machines succeeded, but his biggest dream was to build an intelligent machine that has the ability to think and make decisions like humans. However, these attempts failed until the early forties of the last century, when the scientist "Neumann John von" realized that if the machine was to perform the functions that humans perform, it must have the same functional structure as humans. This study was the first step towards building the contemporary computer. Since that time, the world has witnessed continuous development in artificial intelligence technologies, and this development has been reflected in many magazines, including legal, economic, political and social magazines. These developments have raised many legal questions directly related to these technologies. Given the increasing importance of artificial intelligence and its association with many applications that in the past required the intervention of a herald, both European countries and America have taken an interest in this topic and have begun discussing the phenomenon of artificial intelligence within a legal framework after technology began to impose its control over people in their work and activities, which led jurists and legislators at the international level to discuss the issue of the legal personality of artificial intelligence, but the issue of artificial intelligence has not been settled in terms of recognizing it as a legal personality or its status.
