Human dignity is the dignity of the body, alive or dead, but due to the steady development in medical sciences and the emergence of intensive care rooms and the artificial resuscitation devices they contain, and the emergence of eradication and transplantation of human organs, a new concept called brain death was introduced, and it has raised a lot of confusion among jurists at various medical, legal and legal levels, between supporters and opponents. Each has its foundations that have its destination, and some consider this concept as a cover for illegal trafficking in human organs, which is an issue worthy of research and scrutiny, given the importance of its implications, whether from a medical, legal or legal point of view, and we have clarified the medical, forensic and legal definition of death, whether from the traditional or modern point of view, as the starting point for conducting acts affecting the entity of the dead body, and we dealt with the issue of brain death, and we put forward opinions for and against it, and the position of comparative legislation And Egyptian legislation.
