Economic and social human rights have emerged through positive and religious laws, most notably Islamic law, which has greatly honored the status of humans. These rights have acquired a global character through international covenants thanks to the Universal Declaration. The constitution is considered one of the most important pillars of economic and social rights, serving as the foundation upon which the organization of these rights in society is based. Therefore, every constitution in the world must reflect the values, customs, and traditions of society, stem from the historical roots of the community, and express the hopes and aspirations of the society. The constitution is the document that defines the rights and duties of citizens by regulating the various relationships between the state apparatus and the individuals of society. Additionally, the constitution should include the general directions and principles of state policy and align with the ideology adopted by the society.
