Elements and characteristics of the right of minorities to the inviolability of private life.

Abstract

There is no doubt that talking about the rights and freedoms of minorities is one of the issues that involves a magic that possesses a person’s core and takes hold of his heart. It is the talk of yesterday, today and tomorrow that the soul does not tire of repeating and the soul does not tire of repeating, because it is talking about the powers and secrets of man, and the meaning. The comprehensive concept of all his hopes and desires, and the comprehensive concept of the various aspects of his life. The constitutional legislator has affirmed the principle that citizens are equal before the law, and are equal in rights, freedoms and public duties, without discrimination between them on the basis of religion, creed, gender, origin, race, color, language, disability, or social level. Or political or geographical affiliation, or for any other reason, and that discrimination and incitement to hatred are crimes punishable by law. The state is committed to taking the necessary measures to eliminate all forms of discrimination, and the law regulates the establishment of an independent commission for this purpose.
