The sales contract entails obligations of the seller, primarily the seller's obligation to transfer the seller's ownership. This obligation is generally imposed by all sales contracts. However, the sales contract on the map entails additional obligations unique to the sale contract on the map, and without the fulfilment of these obligations, the seller cannot be said to have properly executed its obligations. Some legislation has explicitly provided for such obligations, especially those of States that have created separate legislation for this type of sale, while others that have not regulated this contract have gone to the general rules governing the contract of sale in general, creating a legislative vacuum, especially since the obligations created by this type of sale are previously unknown in the traditional sales contract. and thus the legislator had to regulate the contract introduced through the elaboration of special legislation outlining its provisions and the most important obligations deriving from its parties. This study will therefore focus on indicating the most important obligations of the sales contract on the map, the extent to which these obligations are regulated and stipulated by the legislator, the obligation of the contracting parties to them and the impact of the breach of these obligations.
