The investment climate is considered the true foundation and an indicator of the progress of economic life. Developing countries have realized the necessity of creating a suitable climate to attract investments by seeking solutions to overcome the obstacles that prevent achieving this goal, ultimately aiming for sustainable development, which is considered the highest objective for these countries. On the other hand, there is an effort to create a package of guarantees and incentives to attract direct investments, and the Kuwaiti economy, in turn, seeks to achieve these objectives. Therefore, the investment policy in the State of Kuwait faces a set of challenges that conflict with the serious desire to attract investors.
