Abstract

Given the technological development and scientific progress we are witnessing today in all aspects of life, and the modernity we keep pace with in development and production methods, especially the modern methods affecting the livestock sector and the efforts of those involved in this sector to use all means to improve meat productivity and increase profits, legal thought stands before this development to reconsider the development of liability rules in their traditional sense, based on fault, represented by deviation from customary behavior – committing an unlawful act. Although it can be applied to some cases of this development, the advancement of these methods has become incapable of addressing all cases and disputes arising from this development.
