Abstract

It is important to have a legal international treaty and a comprehensive definition of outer space to avoid international legal disputes, with the human interest and equality between states for using and exploring outer space without any discrimination. The crux of the research is the need to establish an international regime for the peaceful use of outer space because no framework governs the sustainable use of outer space as well as peaceful purposes.
