Reconciliation as a form of restorative justice

Abstract

The specialized study aimed at the effective role played by penal conciliation as a form of (restorative justice) in settling disputes and conflicts before they are taken into account and reached official organizations. The study also examines the challenges facing the concept of penal conciliation, clarifying its importance, and addressing them. Specializations of its own, while maintaining Governor Barzani after the offender was reformed and he was not integrated into the social fabric. It also aimed to understand the role played by each of the victim, the Public Prosecution, and his success. It also sought multiple types in which criminal reconciliation could be used and dealt with. The study relied on descriptive and analytical composition in order to describe the phenomenon and analyze the legal texts that it initiated. The study reached some results and recommendations, the most important of which was for the community to participate in shaping the settings of the system that suits it, and to interact with its life issues. Therefore, the following was developed, which is to strengthen the role of society Local efforts to achieve the penal cross, by encouraging popular initiatives and social and herbal councils, and providing them with distinguished men and financial support.
