Cryptocurrencies and digital money, such as emerging currencies that undoubtedly threaten economic security and infringe on the right of the central bank and the banking system to control the issuance of official currency and money. The criminalization of dealing in cryptocurrencies and digital money, and the prohibition of their issuance, trading or promotion, was no longer sufficient to reduce their risks in the absence of an informational and legal framework, evidenced by the increasing demand for them despite the punishment restricting freedom and the large fine imposed on those who commit them.
