Abstract

Associations and other institutions working in the field of civil work are among the most important aspects of civil society organizations, those organizations that represent the mediator of the contract between the individual and the state, with their role in meeting a social need, and given the position they occupy, it has become certain of the importance of the role they can participate with state agencies and institutions and the private sector in achieving the sustainable development adopted by the state. Since one of the most important determinants affecting this role is the legal climate that governs the establishment of these associations and other institutions working in the field of civil work, the organization of their work mechanism, the restrictions and control imposed on them, and the relationship of these associations with the administration, the importance of this research came to identify the features of this legal organization and the development it has undergone.
