Abstract

The study postponed a flood of precise legal facts for one of the most prominent outputs of virtual blockchain technology that penetrated our reality: smart contracts with unique characteristics that changed the course of the contractual path we are familiar with, and aroused curiosity: Does their intelligence benefit the stupidity of their traditional counterparts? Is it a decade at all? And what is the evidence for this or that? This showed that these contracts constitute one of the most important contemporary legal challenges recognized by the widening gap between what technology pursues us with and what it regulates.
