The prevention principle in Employment law An analytical study

Abstract

The prevention Principle is one of the most important principles in Employment law which ensures not only, risk management in health and safety but also, keep jobs. This study will examine the following questions: -What are the key features of a strategy to promote the prevention principle in Employment law? -Why trade unions should be involved in developing prevention principle in Employment relationships? We aim to provide answers to these question, by dividing the study two parts: Principles of Prevention for Health and Safety: This entails, for instance, reducing, assessing, eliminating the risks from Their Source, Swapping Out Dangerous Things with Safer or Less Dangerous Things and Creating a Coherent Comprehensive Prevention Strategy in the workplace.
Principles of prevention for job security: This entails, for instance, skills development and lifelong learning by providing training as part of the skills development plan, which aims at ensuring that employees adapt to their workplace and maintain their ability to retain their jobs, particularly in light of technological developments and also set legal rules which guarantee before termination for economic reason that the employee keeps his job.
