Abstract

Countries in the world are facing unprecedented governance challenges, with citizens demanding transparency, accountability and greater participation in my governments. It also needs to improve the effectiveness of public financial management. Real change can be seen as opportunities and air improvements. Reform of public procurement systems is an incentive in public procurement entities at the heart of these opportunities, being to improve public policy and civil society in this topic, Public procurement reform becomes an important tool to promote and support governance reforms and better performance of the public sector in this region.
