Contacting customers as one of the core elements of the shop

Abstract

The element of customer communication and commercial reputation is the most important element of the commercial shop in general, as well as the main pillar in the elements of the commercial shop, as it is what achieves its allocation for the commercial goal, and this element means the group of people who are used to dealing with a particular shop to buy their supplies from it or use its services, and it follows that they are fixed customers dealing with the merchant due to various factors that are the merchant's personal privileges, Any self-characteristic, behavior and efficiency, and good reception of customers, any humane treatment of buyers and proficiency in work, as it depends on the size of the shop's business and the amount of its profits, and is linked to it and then the value of the economic shop is closely linked, it is the relationships based on the trust placed by the shop's customers in the person of the merchant or if you want, say these customers themselves attract them to the merchant's tact and skill in satisfying their desires. The Egyptian legislator used the term commercial shop in Law No. 11 of 1940 on the sale and mortgage of shops, then the Egyptian legislator replaced the term (store) with the term commercial shop in force, while the current Libyan commercial activity law still retains the term commercial shop, while the Libyan legislator still retains the formula of the term commercial shop and did not change it and did not develop a legal system such as what the Egyptian legislator did.
