Abstract
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, Praise be to Allah alone, and prayers and peace be upon those after whom there is no prophet, Muhammad bin Abdullah, the envoy of mercy and a teacher for all people, and upon his family and companions, the good and pure, and after: The era we live in is characterized by the increase in information around us, our use of this information, and the increase in our dependence on it in our daily lives, and this is clearly represented in the growth of the Internet, the increasing reliance on e-mail, and the increase in sites that provide their services on the World Wide Web, so man began to move to digital life after Digital technologies have entered all areas of life, whether in the means of communication with others or communication with the machine. In light of this scientific progress, and the emergence of the so-called digital or electronic technology, it was necessary for the countries of the world to move towards benefiting from this technology in all fields, including administrative fields, so this digital technology was introduced in e-commerce, as well as in the field of smart government, as countries seek to apply smart government in all their dealings, to get rid of traditional management, and among these countries is the United Arab Emirates, which launched a specialized ministry for artificial intelligence and future sciences, artificial intelligence knows It is "a science concerned with the manufacture of machines that perform actions that man considers intelligent", It is an attempt to make ordinary machines behave like the machines we see in science fiction movies, and thus it can be said that artificial intelligence is therefore a science whose first goal is to make computers and other machines acquire the quality of intelligence, and have the ability to do things that are still until recently exclusively for humans, such as thinking, learning, creativity, communication, and others.
