The role of the individual constitutional lawsuit in enhancing the judicial protection of constitutional rights: a comparative analytical study.

Abstract

The Egyptian state launched the National Strategy for Human Rights in September 2021, and it was preceded by the launch of the Sustainable Development Strategy - Egypt's Vision 2030 in February 2016, from which the first strategy was taken as a basis for launching, believing - and even recognizing - that achieving sustainable and comprehensive development will only be achieved by establishing a just society in which the principles of equality and the rule of law prevail, and in which human rights are respected, thus seeking to integrate human rights goals and values into the state's public policies. Hence the idea of this research, in which we try to provide a vision on how to strengthen the desired protection of constitutional rights, since these rights are a common goal for both.
